You can take the girl out of Calgary (Alberta) but you can’t take the Calgary out of the girl! The last 10 years I have traveled and lived in many different places and I now call Northern Bruce Peninsula, Ontario home.
Mariam is the Founder + Owner of BeYou Yoga + Wellness, an integrative wellness business with offerings online and in person. Located on a 50 acre homestead; the property in which my partner, pups (Gypsy + Jojo) and myself reside. Our homestead includes a cabin in the middle of the forest (hosting YOU!!! May – September), Wellness studio (a space for movement, mindfulness + meditation), and our small farm stand where we share our abundance with the community (wellness products, fresh produce, and preserves). A trail network is in progress and we have an expanding food garden, wildlife corridors and soon chickens!
